What We Did
Helen Piteo Interiors was hired to create the new headquarters for Page Park Associates, a privately owned real estate company located in Poughkeepsie, NY. The construction of their new headquarters helps continue the company’s growth and its high quality of service. The result of this complete ground-up transformation was an open-concept layout that exemplifies the future of office workspaces.

Project Standouts
A formal Conference Room to host large internal employee meetings or presentations with clients.
A Huddle Room with lounge furniture to unwind during a hectic workday or to host individual team meetings.
Open office areas with a large high-top drafting table to encourage productive team collaboration.
Suspended decorative and linear task lighting to provide adequate illumination throughout the entire office.
Expansive storefront windows that help maintain the open-concept layout of the office and introduce more light into the space.

Design & Furnishing Choices
The goal of this project was not to hide the character behind the original building, but to highlight it. Therefore fire suppression systems, pipes, and ductwork were left exposed as well as the original concrete to maintain the industrial aesthetic. Pops of green furniture were added to introduce color and life into the space while mimicking Page Park’s brand colors. Large canvas prints of photographs of the original building in 1941 were also added to display its rich history. We also added new light fixtures and commercial-grade furniture to modernize and complete the space.
